Bomo videli, kaj bodo naredili, a če so pametni lahko s tem draft capitalom v dveh letih zgradijo zelo dobro ekipo.

Vem ja.  Se mi pa zdi, da ta novi GM dejansko ve, kaj dela. Saleh je dober hire imo in bo vzpostavil pravo kulturo v ekipi. Corey Davis je rekel, da je podpisal z Jetsi predvsem zaradi njega (ok, verjetno tudi zaradi tega, ker so mu dali največ keša). In verjetno ni veliko ofenzivnih igralcev, ki bi podpisali za defensive-minded HC, če ne bi videli nekaj pravega v njegovi osebnosti. Vsekakor napredek v primerjavi z Gase-om.

Zdaj bodo imeli dve leti, da vidijo, kaj je z Darnoldom, če bo res failal letos je pa drugo leto dober QB class in imajo še vedno 1st round pick, da izberejo novega QB. Ali pa mogoče spet probajo dobiti Watsona, če se bo njegova situacija razrešila. In tam bi tudi morebiti lahko vključili Darnolda v deal.

Two women suing Deshaun Watson for sexual assault and misconduct go public

Two of the women suing Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson for sexual assault and sexual misconduct went public Tuesday.

 

“My name is Ashley Solis,” one of the women said at a news conference in Houston. “Remember that name. ... I was afraid. I’m not afraid anymore.”

 

The other woman, Lauren Baxley, said in a statement read by an attorney representing her that she “felt both powerless and trapped” when Watson exposed his erection to her and touched her with his penis.

 

Baxley addressed Watson directly in her statement.

 

“My anger and disgust burned within me, both at you and at myself," she said. "My false sense of shame and the way I had been cornered did not sit well with my outspoken nature against abuse of any kind.

 

“I have been angry at you for so many reasons since that day in June. I am furious that the talented and hardworking young Black man that gave so many children inspiration is nothing more than a predator with power.”

 

Tony Buzbee, the lead attorney representing Solis, Baxley and 20 other women who are suing Watson, said Solis has provided a statement to the police “as has at least one other individual.”

 

The Houston Police Department said Friday it has opened an investigation after a complainant filed a report about Watson. Buzbee said Solis did not file that initial criminal complaint but did not clarify which of his clients did. After backtracking on two prior statements that he would provide the Houston Police with evidence against Watson, Buzbee said he has not been personally involved in his clients’ interactions with HPD.

 

Watson has denied any wrongdoing through a Twitter post. The NFL is also investigating the allegations against the quarterback.

 

The Athletic reached out to Rusty Hardin, Watson's lawyer, on Tuesday, but a spokesperson said they had no comment.

 

The Texans have previously said that they are taking the allegations against Watson seriously and are cooperating with the investigations.

 

All 22 of the women suing Watson in civil court have submitted complaints anonymously. Prior to Solis and Baxley coming forward, Hardin criticized Buzbee for not sharing the names of plaintiffs with members of Watson's legal team so they could investigate the allegations.

 

Solis is a licensed massage therapist who works out of her home, according to her lawsuit, which was filed March 16. She alleges that Watson contacted her through Instagram to book a massage. During the appointment on March 30, 2020, she alleges that Watson encouraged her to massage his groin area, exposed himself and touched her hand with his erect penis.

 

“I got into massage therapy to help people, to heal their minds and bodies, to bring peace to their souls,” Solis said. “Deshaun Watson has robbed me of that.”

 

She said she now suffers from panic attacks and depression and is in counseling. “I hope he knows how much pain he has inflicted on me.”

 

Baxley, who says in her complaint she has experience working with high-profile athletes, makes accusations that are similar to Solis’. She alleges in her complaint that Watson resisted wearing a covering over his buttocks and penis and touched her hand with his erection, suggesting she could move it out of the way.

 

“I have written this upon recommendation of my trauma therapist, to forgive myself for not speaking up sooner, to forgive myself for not being braver,” said Baxley, whose appointment with Watson occurred June 2, 2020, according to her complaint. “But I have also written this so that you can know, without excuse or justification, that you have deeply and irreversibly brought terror to me and others.”

 

All but one of the 22 lawsuits currently viewable on the Harris County district clerk’s website involve plaintiffs who say they were contacted for massage appointments in 2020 and 2021. The other does not include a date in its complaint. Watson allegedly first made contact with most of the women via Instagram.

 

Two lawsuits Buzbee filed against Watson accuse him of deleting Instagram messages between him and the plaintiffs, a charge Hardin has denied. Hardin said in a statement that his client hasn’t deleted any Instagram message since the day before the first lawsuit was filed.

 

The civil suits allege Watson forced three women to perform oral sex, ejaculated on three women and in front of three others, groped three women and kissed another woman unprompted upon arrival for an appointment.

Paxton poškodovan v 2. inningu ob svojem prvem startu po vrnitvi.  Potem so pa White Soxi zbombardirali Margeviciusa in preostanek bullpena.

Hah, kdo je to dal Leacha za 11. najbolj likable coacha?

Če imate eno uro časa (no, okrog 45 minut je sam mock, potem na koncu še odgovarja na vprašanja). Precej drugačen mock kot na večini mainstream mockov, ki sem jih videl. 

 

 

 

 

Not bad, čeprav sem pričakoval, da bodo še nekoliko bolj znižali letošnji cap zanj.

 

 

Drugo leto ima tudi samo 10m cap, potem 2023 okrog 17m, 2024 in 2025 pa skoraj 24m, s tem da v zadnjem letu se lahko prišpara 17m ob 7m dead capu, če se ga cuta. Ampak itak do tja je še daleč. Cap bo šel gor, tako da ne bo neke panike, dokler bo zdrav in igral na sedanjem nivoju.
